Party Bus Rentals Done Right in Olathe
Party Buses Kansas City has been coordinating group transportation across Johnson County and the wider KC metro since 2011. Olathe sits at the crossroads of I-35 and K-7 — one of the fastest-growing cities in Kansas — and the last thing your group should be doing on a big night out is juggling a four-car caravan on the US-169 spur or circling the lot at Mahaffie Farmstead. We give you a single vehicle, a single rate, and a single point of contact from the moment you call to the moment everyone's home.
Our fleet covers every group size. A 15- to 35-passenger minibus handles a corporate crew shuttling between Corporate Woods and the Kansas City Convention Center without a second thought. A 50-passenger party bus keeps a bachelorette crew together from Olathe to the Power & Light District.
A full 56-passenger charter bus moves an entire school grade to Crown Center without anyone's parent following behind in a minivan. We provide all-inclusive pricing online in under 30 seconds — you know the exact number before you commit. Call 816-255-1970 any time or use our online quote tool to get started!

Olathe Party Bus Pricing
Olathe party bus rental prices depend on vehicle size, date, and how long you need the bus. Here's the current range: 14-passenger Sprinter limos run $170–$344/hour; 15–20 passenger party buses run $204–$378/hour; 20–30 passenger party buses run $244–$414/hour; 35–50 passenger party buses and minibuses run $294–$490/hour; and 40–56 passenger charter buses run $150–$300/hour or $1,200–$2,500/day.
Pricing shifts with mileage, the time of year, and vehicle type. Peak-season dates — prom season (April–May), Chiefs playoff runs (January), and Kansas City Renaissance Festival weekends (September–October) — move faster and price higher than a quiet Tuesday in March. Reasons to Choose Our Olathe Party Bus Service
Booking an Olathe party bus rental is easy with Party Buses Kansas City. We've been coordinating group moves across Johnson County and the KC metro since 2011 — thousands of trips, every kind of occasion, every size group. Our 24/7/365 reservation team picks up when you call, quotes you in under 30 seconds, and answers every logistical question you have about drop-off zones at Arrowhead, bus parking at Kansas Speedway, or the pickup procedure at MCI Terminal B.
You'll never be surprised by a hidden cost. You'll never pay for seats your group doesn't need. And on a Friday night when I-35 southbound is locked up between 119th Street and the KDOT construction zone on the 151st Street interchange, your group is riding above it all — no one calling an audible on parking, no one stuck designated-driving, no one late to the venue because Waze sent them through a neighborhood.
Party Buses Kansas City handles the route so your group handles the fun. ADA-accessible vehicles are always available on request. Call 816-255-1970 any time for a no-obligation quote!
Party Bus Rental Services in Olathe
Party Buses Kansas City coordinates group transportation for every occasion in Olathe and across the metro — from airport transfers and stadium runs to prom night, weddings, school trips, and winery crawls through Johnson County. Whatever's bringing your group together, we have a bus and a plan ready. Call 816-255-1970 to get moving!

Olathe Airport Shuttles & Transportation
Kansas City International Airport (MCI) sits roughly 35 miles north of Olathe — a manageable drive on a clear Tuesday morning, but a genuinely painful one when I-435 backs up past the Antioch Road interchange or a weather delay pushes everyone's arrival into the same two-hour window. Coordinating rideshares for a group of 20 at the Terminal B arrivals curb is the kind of chaos that turns a smooth corporate trip into a logistics scramble before anyone gets to the hotel.
An Olathe airport shuttle bus rental fixes that cleanly. Your group assembles at baggage claim on the arrivals level, your trip coordinator calls our team, and the bus is waiting nearby, ready to load — undercarriage bays deep enough for a full team's gear and carry-ons combined. For cruise groups connecting to a departure or convention groups landing ahead of a big week at Bartle Hall, one bus from MCI to Olathe beats splitting the tab across a half-dozen rideshares every time.
Call 816-255-1970 to arrange your MCI transfer today!

Olathe Bachelor & Bachelorette Transportation
The Power & Light District (1326 Baltimore Ave, Kansas City, MO 64105) is the de facto answer to "where are we going for the bachelorette?" — eight blocks of bars and restaurants with no parking requirement when your group is already on a bus. From Olathe, that's a 25-minute run up I-35 North to I-670 without the usual argument over who's not drinking tonight.
Our 15- to 50-passenger party buses come with a full bar, wraparound seating, and LED lighting — which means the energy is already high before the first stop. Hit dinner in the Crossroads Arts District, cover two or three Power & Light bars, and end the night at a Westport spot without anyone calling a rideshare at 2 a.m. or navigating the Grand Boulevard construction. No drawing straws, no drama.
Call 816-255-1970 to plan the Olathe bachelorette route today!

Olathe Birthday, Sweet 16, & Quinceañera Party Bus Rentals
Olathe's quinceañera and Sweet 16 scene is one of the most active in Johnson County — venues like The Grand Event Center (9400 Metcalf Ave, Overland Park, KS 66212) and Prairie Event Center in Shawnee book up months out for milestone celebration weekends. A party bus arrival is one of the most memorable entrances your guest of honor can make — and ours can be matched to the event's color scheme with a custom lighting setup pre-loaded before pickup.
For adult milestone birthdays heading into the city — dinner at Fiorella's Jack Stack Barbecue in Martin City, then a bar crawl through Westport — a party bus out of Olathe keeps every guest in one place and every stop on schedule. We offer a wide range of vehicle sizes so you only pay for the seats you actually need. Call 816-255-1970 any time to plan your Olathe birthday celebration!

Olathe Concert Transportation & Shuttles
Olathe is 20 minutes from downtown Kansas City and 25 minutes from Bonner Springs — which puts your group within easy reach of the metro's biggest concert venues. Azura Amphitheater (633 N 130th St, Bonner Springs, KS 66012) draws summer crowds of 18,000, and K-32 heading east toward I-435 turns into a genuine parking lot after the final encore. T-Mobile Center (1407 Grand Blvd, Kansas City, MO 64106) packs 19,000 fans into downtown, and the garage situation on Grand Boulevard after a sold-out arena show is exactly what it sounds like.
An Olathe concert bus rental changes the math completely. The party bus rides from your neighborhood to the venue — color-changing LEDs, Bluetooth sound, onboard bar — and picks everyone up at the designated bus zone when the show ends. No one's driving, no one's surge-pricing it home at midnight, and no one's standing in the wrong parking structure at 11 p.m.
Call 816-255-1970 to book your concert bus!

Olathe Corporate Event Transportation
Corporate Woods Office Park (9401 Indian Creek Pkwy, Overland Park, KS 66210) — the largest suburban office campus in Johnson County — sits barely 10 minutes from central Olathe, which makes it one of the most common origins for corporate group moves in this part of the metro. Getting a full department or a VIP client group from there to Bartle Hall Convention Center (301 W 13th St, Kansas City, MO 64105) without asking eight people to figure out downtown parking is a problem Party Buses Kansas City handles every week.
An Olathe corporate bus rental — whether it's a 25-passenger minibus for a leadership off-site or a 56-passenger coach for an all-hands conference shuttle — keeps your team together, on time, and focused on the work instead of the commute. WiFi and power outlets mean the ride north on I-35 is productive, not wasted. Call 816-255-1970 to discuss corporate shuttle rates and multi-day contracts!

Olathe Private Event Transportation Services
Olathe sits at the edge of one of the metro's busiest event corridors. The Kansas City Renaissance Festival (633 N 130th St, Bonner Springs, KS 66012) runs nine weekends from late August through late October — its peak Saturday crowds push K-7 and Parallel Parkway into gridlock, and the unpaved festival parking fields get muddy after any significant rain. A private bus from Olathe gets your group to the front entrance rather than a quarter-mile into a gravel lot.
Kansas Speedway (400 Speedway Blvd, Kansas City, KS 66111) hosts NASCAR Cup races in September and NHRA Nationals in May — both events where I-70 westbound exits back up for miles before race time. A charter bus out of Olathe parks in the designated bus lot while everyone else idles on the on-ramp. Family reunions, church retreats, or group trips to Worlds of Fun — whatever brings your crew together, one flat-rate bus beats the five-car-caravan math every time.
Call 816-255-1970 to build your private event plan!

Olathe Homecoming & Prom Party Bus Rentals
Olathe has five public high schools — Olathe North, Olathe East, Olathe West, Olathe South, and Olathe Northwest — and prom season runs from late April through mid-May, with most schools scheduling within the same five-week window. That concentration of demand means the right-size party buses fill up fast. For prom: book by December or expect premium pricing or no availability.
A typical 6-hour Olathe prom rental — school pickup, photo stop at the Old Mahaffie Farmstead, venue drop at a Johnson County hotel ballroom, and after-party return — runs $1,800–$2,200 all-inclusive when booked early but can reach $2,800–$3,400+ on short notice. Party Buses Kansas City works with parent committees across Olathe's school district every spring and can coordinate multi-bus pickups across different neighborhoods in a single booking. Call 816-255-1970 now to lock in your prom date!

Olathe School Event & Field Trip Transportation
Field trips out of Olathe's schools regularly head to Union Station Kansas City (30 W Pershing Rd, Kansas City, MO 64108) — home of Science City and the Kansas City Museum — and to the Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art (4525 Oak St, Kansas City, MO 64111), which offers school group admission and guided tours Tuesday through Sunday. Getting an entire grade level there and back without asking twelve parents to carpool on I-35 is exactly the problem a charter bus solves.
Full-size charter buses in our network offer TV monitors and a DVD player for the ride, overhead bins for lunchboxes and backpacks, and undercarriage storage for any gear the group is hauling. For longer drives to sites like the Konza Prairie Biological Station near Manhattan or Tallgrass Prairie National Preserve, onboard restrooms mean no roadside stops eating into the itinerary. ADA-accessible buses are always available — just flag it when you call.
Call 816-255-1970 to book Olathe school field trip transportation!

Olathe Sporting Event Transportation
Arrowhead Stadium (1 Arrowhead Dr, Kansas City, MO 64129) is 35 miles northeast of Olathe via I-35 North to I-70 East — and every Chiefs home game turns that corridor into a two-hour exercise in patience. The Truman Sports Complex lots require pre-purchased passes, the tailgate lots closest to the stadium fill within the first hour of opening, and rideshare pickup after the game is a 20-minute walk east to the designated lot outside Gate A.
An Olathe charter bus rental to Arrowhead means your group tailgates from the moment the bus leaves the driveway — undercarriage bays loaded with a grill, a folding table, and a cooler — and waits nearby for a post-game pickup that skips the rideshare queue entirely. Kauffman Stadium (1 Royal Way, Kansas City, MO 64129) is right next door on Blue Parkway, and bus parking there is in Lot D off Blue Ridge Cutoff at $40 per bus, pre-purchased through the Royals website. Call 816-255-1970 to book your Olathe game-day bus today!

Olathe Wedding Transportation & Shuttle Service
Olathe and southern Johnson County are home to some of the KC metro's most sought-after wedding venues — The Barn at Riverbend (21250 W 199th St, Spring Hill, KS 66083), Spring Mill Farm, and Grace Estate Events all sit in the rural stretch south of Olathe where GPS is reliable but Uber availability at 10 p.m. absolutely is not. A wedding shuttle in Olathe solves that problem before it becomes a story.
A minibus running between an Olathe or Overland Park hotel and the reception venue keeps guests from missing the first dance because they couldn't find the county road turnoff. Nobody in formal wear should have to walk a gravel path from an overflow lot. We've been coordinating wedding transportation across Johnson County since 2011 — single point of contact, clear departure windows, on-time arrivals.
A 14-passenger Sprinter limo handles the bridal party on the wedding day itself. Call 816-255-1970 for a free wedding shuttle quote!

Olathe Winery Tour & Pub Crawl Transportation
The Kansas City metro's winery and craft brewery corridor runs through Johnson County and into the city's Crossroads and West Bottoms districts. Louisburg Cider Mill (14730 S Metcalf Ave, Louisburg, KS 66053) is just 20 minutes south of Olathe on Metcalf and does a roaring fall trade in apple cider and hard cider tastings. Somerset Ridge Winery & Vineyard (29725 S Metcalf Ave, Paola, KS 66071) sits another 10 miles down the same road — a natural two-stop loop that requires zero designated-driver debates when your group is on a bus.
For pub crawls heading into the city, the Crossroads Arts District and Westport have the highest concentration of craft taprooms per block in the metro. Your group stays together in a comfortable Olathe party bus rental — no splitting into three cars, no one arguing about parking, no one bailing early because they drove. Call 816-255-1970 for a free winery tour quote!

Frequently Asked Questions About Our Olathe Party Bus Rentals
How much does a party bus cost in Olathe?
Olathe party bus rental prices vary based on vehicle size, the date, and how many hours you need. Current ranges: 14-passenger Sprinter limos run $170–$344/hour; 15–20 passenger party buses run $204–$378/hour; 20–30 passenger party buses run $244–$414/hour; 35–50 passenger party buses and minibuses run $294–$490/hour; and full-size 40–56 passenger charter buses run $150–$300/hour or $1,200–$2,500/day. Peak dates — prom season, Chiefs playoff weekends, Renaissance Festival Saturdays — price and sell out faster than off-peak dates.
The fastest way to get an exact number for your date and itinerary is to call 816-255-1970 — all-inclusive quotes in under 30 seconds, no commitment required.
Where does a charter bus drop off at GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium?
Charter buses headed to Arrowhead use the designated bus and oversized vehicle areas within the Truman Sports Complex lot system. All Arrowhead parking requires pre-purchased passes — none are sold at the gate on game day — and bus parking passes must be secured in advance through the Chiefs ticket office. Your group is dropped steps from the tailgate lots closest to the gates rather than at the rideshare pickup area east of Gate A, which involves a significant walk after the game.
We confirm the exact bus lot and approach for your specific game date when you book, since major events occasionally adjust routing. Review the official Chiefs parking page before game day for current lot assignments.
How does a charter bus pick up a group at Kansas City International Airport (MCI)?
MCI's new single terminal (opened 2023) simplified the pickup process considerably. Commercial buses pick up from the curbside Ground Transportation area on the arrivals level — your trip coordinator should call our team once the full group has collected luggage and assembled at the agreed-upon exit. MCI asks commercial vehicles to load promptly; do not summon the bus until everyone is physically together with bags in hand.
For cruise transfers or multi-stop convention runs beginning at MCI, we build your hotel or venue drop-off directly into the itinerary so the bus goes straight from the terminal to your destination. Review the official MCI ground transportation page before your arrival.
When should I book a party bus in Olathe to get the best price?
We recommend booking at least three to six months in advance to secure the best rate and vehicle selection. Booking pressure peaks during prom season (late April–May), when Olathe's five high schools all hold formals within a five-week window and the metro-wide supply of party buses tightens significantly. Chiefs playoff weekends (January) and Kansas City Renaissance Festival Saturdays (late August–October) also move fast — vehicles for those dates are often committed weeks before the event.
For prom specifically: book by December or expect premium pricing or limited availability. Outside those windows, two to four weeks of lead time is usually workable — but the earlier you call, the more options you have on vehicle size and pickup time.
Can a party bus go to Kansas Speedway from Olathe?
Yes — Kansas Speedway (400 Speedway Blvd, Kansas City, KS 66111) is about 25 miles north of Olathe via I-35 North to I-70 West, and it's one of our most common private event runs during NASCAR Cup Series weekends in July and September and NHRA Nationals in May. Bus and RV parking at Kansas Speedway is available in designated oversized vehicle areas — review the official Kansas Speedway parking guide for current lot assignments and pre-purchase requirements. Your group tailgates, watches the race, and loads back up without anyone navigating the I-70 post-race crawl behind the wheel.
Call 816-255-1970 to book your race-day bus.
How far in advance should I book?
For most events, three to six months is the target window — it gives you the best selection across vehicle size, and the rate you lock in today will not change. High-demand windows where you should book even earlier: prom season (book by December for late April–May dates), summer weddings and graduations (book 9–12 months out for prime Saturday dates), and Kansas Speedway or Chiefs game weekends (book as soon as the schedule posts). For quieter off-peak dates, two to four weeks can work — but the earlier the call, the more flexibility you have.
Reach us any time at 816-255-1970 and we'll tell you exactly what's available for your date.
Popular Olathe Party Bus Destinations
An Olathe party bus itinerary can reach dozens of great KC metro destinations in under an hour. Here are six of the most popular stops our groups book — each one with the logistical detail you'll need to plan your trip right.

GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium
Home of the Kansas City Chiefs and one of the loudest stadiums in the NFL, Arrowhead (1 Arrowhead Dr, Kansas City, MO 64129) holds 76,416 fans and sits 35 miles northeast of Olathe via I-35 North to I-70 East. Game-day parking requires pre-purchased passes — none are sold on site — and the inner tailgate lots closest to the gates fill within the first hour of opening. Rideshare pickup is east of Gate A, involving a lengthy post-game walk for tired fans.
A charter bus from Olathe drops your group in the designated bus area near the stadium and waits for a post-game pickup that skips the rideshare queue entirely. All bus parking passes must be pre-purchased. Check the Chiefs parking guide for current lot assignments before game day.
Phone: (816) 920-9300

Kansas Speedway
Kansas Speedway (400 Speedway Blvd, Kansas City, KS 66111) hosts NASCAR Cup Series races in July and September plus NHRA Nationals in May — events that pack I-70 westbound solid for miles on approach and exodus. The facility sits about 25 miles north of Olathe. Oversized vehicle and bus parking is available in designated areas on the speedway grounds; all passes must be pre-purchased and no cash sales occur at the gate.
The bus lot puts your group closer to the grandstands than most general parking options. Tailgating is permitted in most surface lots — undercarriage bays handle the grills and coolers. Review the Kansas Speedway parking page for current lot maps and purchase links.
Phone: (913) 328-7223

T-Mobile Center
Downtown Kansas City's 19,500-seat arena (1407 Grand Blvd, Kansas City, MO 64106) hosts the Kansas City Mavericks hockey team, major touring concerts, and the Big 12 Championship. From Olathe, it's a 30-minute run north on I-35 into the city — straightforward on the way in, genuinely painful on the exit when 19,000 fans hit Grand Boulevard simultaneously. The arena's designated bus and charter drop-off zones are on the north side off Grand — your group walks directly to the main entrance rather than from a surface lot two blocks away.
After the event, the bus waits nearby so it's right there when the crowd pushes out.
Address: 1407 Grand Blvd, Kansas City, MO 64106
Phone: (816) 949-7100

Azura Amphitheater
The 18,000-capacity outdoor amphitheater (633 N 130th St, Bonner Springs, KS 66012) sits 25 miles north of Olathe and anchors Kansas City's summer concert season from May through September. K-32 eastbound and the I-435 interchange back up heavily for major headline shows — and the post-concert exit through the unpaved overflow lot can run 45 minutes for the last cars out. A party bus from Olathe drops your crew near the main gate, and because the bus has its own designated waiting area, pickup after the final set is easy.
The LED-lit cabin and onboard bar keep the concert energy running well past the encore. Confirm current bus drop-off zones with the venue before your show date.
Phone: (913) 721-3400

Kauffman Stadium
Sitting next door to Arrowhead on Blue Parkway, Kauffman Stadium (1 Royal Way, Kansas City, MO 64129) is the home of the Kansas City Royals and one of the most fan-friendly ballparks in baseball. From Olathe, the run up I-35 North to I-70 East takes about 35 minutes before game-day traffic. Bus parking is in Lot D off Blue Ridge Cutoff at approximately $40 per bus — pre-purchase through the Royals website before game day, as lots open 2.5 hours before first pitch.
Drop-off is curbside near the main gate on Royal Way. After the final out, staging in Lot D means your group is loaded and moving before the general traffic exodus backs up Blue Parkway. Review the official Royals parking guide before your visit.
Phone: (816) 921-8000

Mahaffie Stagecoach Stop & Farm Historic Site
The last remaining stagecoach stop on the Santa Fe Trail still open to the public, Mahaffie Farmstead (1200 E Kansas City Rd, Olathe, KS 66061) is Olathe's most distinctive historical attraction — 12 acres of mid-1800s living-history programming including wagon rides, farm demonstrations, and seasonal events. School groups and heritage tour groups book this site heavily in spring and fall. The site sits right in central Olathe on E Kansas City Road with ample bus parking in the adjacent surface lot.
For prom photo stops or graduation day itineraries, the grounds provide a uniquely local backdrop. Group tours require advance reservations — contact Mahaffie directly at (913) 971-5111. Address: 1200 E Kansas City Rd, Olathe, KS 66061.
